We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your experience.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a 15-day refund policy.

Eligibility for Refund:
– You may request a refund within 15 days of your purchase.
– To be eligible for a refund, please provide proof of purchase and the reason for your request.

How to Request a Refund:
1. Send an email to info@tygjyoga.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”
2. Include your order number, date of purchase, and any relevant details regarding your request.

Processing Time:
– Once we receive your request, we will process it within 5 business days.
– Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during the purchase.
Please note that class packages or memberships cannot be refunded once they have been partially used after the first class attended.
